Muhammed Ali Örnek is a Research Assistant in the Department of Landscape Architecture at the Istanbul Technical University (ITU). His current research interests are: Computer Aided Design, Decision Making Systems in Architectural Design, Parametric Design in Architecture. Muhammed Ali Örnek received his B.S. in Architecture in 2008 from the ITU and his M.S. in Architectural Design Computing Program in 2011 from the ITU, both in Istanbul, Turkey. He is studying Ph.D. in Landscape Architecture at ITU since 2011.

He graduated M.S. by writing his research thesis about “A Case Based Design Tool For Vertical Garden Design” and he programmed an application according to his research named “CAVGarD”.
